Flosna ("we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile app and website. The Flosna app is available on Google Play for Android. This Privacy Policy applies to the Flosna Android mobile application and the flosna.net website. Contact: flosnatracker@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Mobile App (Android)

The Flosna mobile app is offline-first. All data you enter — transactions, budgets, savings goals, categories, and notes — is stored locally on your device using the device's local storage. We do not operate a backend server that receives or stores your financial data. No account or email address is required to use the app.

2.2 Analytics & Diagnostics

The app may collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics to help us identify bugs and improve performance. This data does not include any financial information, transaction details, or personally identifiable information. We use industry-standard tools that may transmit limited diagnostic information (such as device model, OS version, and app version) to help us fix issues.

2.3 Advertising

The Flosna app may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and other non-personally identifiable information to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).

We do not share your financial data with advertising networks. Ad networks only receive the data they collect directly from your device as described in their own privacy policies.

2.4 Website (flosna.net)

Our website's finance tools (budget calculator, savings goal calculator, financial health score, expense demo) run entirely in your browser. Inputs and demo transactions are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns on our website. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited and general geographic region. IP addresses are anonymized. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the website. AdSense and analytics providers may set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. Data Backup

If you use the in-app backup or export features, the backup file is created on your device and saved to a location you control (such as your device's local storage or your personal cloud storage). We do not receive or host your backup files.

4. Children's Privacy

Flosna is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at flosnatracker@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to any third party.
• We do not share your transaction data or financial information with advertisers.
• We do not connect to your bank accounts or request bank credentials.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

6. Data Retention

Because all financial data is stored locally on your device, you control its retention. You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data. Anonymous analytics data collected by third-party services is subject to their respective data retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since Flosna does not store personal financial data on our servers, most data control is exercised directly on your device. For any other privacy-related requests, please contact us.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data we do handle. Because your financial data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on your device's security settings, including screen lock and encryption features.
