These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flosna mobile application (available on Google Play) and the flosna.net website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flosna is a personal finance tracking application that helps you:

• Record and categorize income and expenses
• Set and monitor budgets
• Track savings goals
• View financial summaries and reports
• Access web-based financial calculators and tools

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Flosna is an offline-first app — your data is stored locally on your device.

3. No Financial Advice

Flosna provides educational personal finance tools and tracking features only. Nothing in the app or on the website constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The calculators and tools are for informational and illustrative purposes only.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use Flosna. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because Flosna is offline-first, your financial data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

7. Data Backup and Loss

Because Flosna is an offline-first application, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from:

• Device failure, damage, loss, or theft
• Factory reset or device wipe
• App uninstallation
• Operating system updates
• Any other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We strongly recommend using the app's export/backup features regularly to protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Flosna app, website, and all associated content — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — are owned by or licensed to Flosna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including app stores, ad networks, and analytics providers). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

The Flosna app is distributed through the Google Play Store, subject to Google's terms of service. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google Play Terms of Service.

10. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of these advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements and that the ad networks have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flosna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flosna and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (such as via an in-app notice or a notice on our website). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
